Free afternoon to do shopping around the city. Return to hotel. Accommodation  Day 3    Buenos Aires   Day at leisure to relax in the city. At the evening: transfer to a local winebar in the historical area of the city. An old-fashioned style house built at the end of the eighteen-century restored. Evening transfer to the Maipú area, outside the city center, to enjoy a delicious Dinner at “El Club Tapiz”: it is located in an estate built in 1890 and surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards. The house was restored preserving its Renaissance-style villa structure. A few meters away from the house there is an old winery that produces artisan wines. Accommodation.  Day 5    Mendoza   Today we would do The roads of wine: this tour consists of a visit of two or more wine cellars, where some wine experts will explain the wine production process. This visit also includes walks into the vineyards, and allows to go deep into the origin of this delicious elixir and to taste a regional barbecue, along with the tasting of several types of wines. During the visit you will be able to observe how the effort of men has transformed the desert into an oasis, with channels and irrigation ditches that exist from the Indian age and which nowadays with the aid of the computerized drip irrigation have put Argentina among one of the main wine manufacturers of the world, with an outstanding and growing quality of product. Return to the Hotel. Accommodation.  Day 6    Mendoza - Santiago de Chile   Breakfast. We would take today a regular bus to travel to Santiago, main city in in Chile. This beautiful trip goes through the andes. Arrive in Scl. Accoomodation.  Day 7    Santiago de Chile   Breakfast at hotel and departure for a City tour. Santiago is located at the foot of the Andes Range. Visit first to the Civic Centre and Government Palace known as La Moneda. Then visit the Plaza de Armas, the Metropolitan Cathedral and other fine buildings from the colonial Time. From there we will go the San Cristobal Hill which dominates this city of 6 million inhabitants. We will also visit the Residential Areas of Providencia, Las Condes and Vitacura.
